
Ultra-thin, flavor-packed kebab that have taken over social media. Ground beef seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices, rolled paper-thin and baked until crispy, served with a creamy garlic sauce and roasted sides.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, Greek yogurt, red pepper powder, black pepper, mixed herbs, oregano, dried parsley, olive oil, chili flakes if using, and salt. Work the mixture very well with your hands until fully combined and the spices are evenly distributed.

Take a sheet of baking paper and place 3 large tablespoons of the meat mixture on it. Place a second sheet of baking paper on top.
Using a rolling pin, roll the meat mixture out as thinly as possible between the two sheets of baking paper. The thinner you roll it, the crispier it will become.
Roll the baking paper with the flattened meat inside and place on a baking tray. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture.
Bake the kebab sheets in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until crispy and cooked through. If adding potato fries and bell peppers, roast them alongside the kebab on a separate tray.

While the kebab is baking, prepare the garlic sauce by mixing Turkish yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and honey in a small bowl until smooth.

Once the kebab sheets are ready, unroll them carefully, slice into strips, and serve with the garlic sauce and roasted sides.
